PowerNOW gives you the ability to store your recording in real time. Using PowerNOW and Silverlight technology combined managers are able to listen to live recordings seconds after they are made. This gives managers the ability to select which calls they want to listen in based on campaigns, reps, duration times and other factors. This helps the monitors to stay efficient and listen to calls based on their requirements and not select a rep at random to monitor. The call recording feature can also be modularized for third party companies that wish to monitor calls without have access to your call center. They simply download the app and listen to the recordings, and easier to use than ITUNES.

Lead Injection

 
Lead Injection is the process of getting newly created leads from web site visitors or lead gen companies directly inputted in to your Dialer System. We provide your IT or lead gen provider(s) with a simple and easy to use API function that will allow you to inject real time leads to to your current calling campaigns. Once these leads are added or injected in to the Host Dialer Server through this API, your dialer will begin to call these numbers as soon as they are created within seconds. Hot injected leads can be passed on to skilled agents waiting for calls to take. Special rules can be applied such as immediate call back for unanswered calls within a certain time period. If these leads are hot, better to contact them before some one else does.
