PowerNOW gives you the ability to store your recording in real time. Using PowerNOW and Microsoft Silver Light technology combined managers are able to listen to live recordings seconds after they are made. This gives managers the ability to select which calls they want to listen based on criteria such as campaigns, reps, duration times and other factors. This helps the monitors to stay efficient and listen to calls based on their requirements and not select a rep at random to monitor.

Managers and Call Center operators are also able to rate on scale of 1 thru 5 each recording based on factors such as intro, body, rebuttals and closings. This will allow them to easily retrieve certain recordings for next day sales or support meetings.

The call recording feature can also be modularized for third party companies that wish to monitor calls without having access to your call center. They simply download the app and listen to each recording based on their Log in IDs.

For our enterprise customers, a private FTP account can be set up to stream all recording to your server.
