American Income Life recently choose Chase Data PowerNOW hosted Dialer technology as part of an aggressive move to its increase local market position. The process of evaluating the compatibility of dialer application with AIFL needs was instrumental in securing the installation of a new On line web based Dialer System.
The Problem: AIFL had previously acquired an automated Dialing system to support it’s field sales representatives. Managers where put to the task of creating lists by doing daily imports and exports of lists to get fresh data. The system they where currently using was not able to keep track of dialed numbers on a daily basis. AIFL had an aggressive direct response advertising campaign, which was resulting in substantial inbound call center traffic. Management concerns mainly centered around the need to improve the turnaround time from inbound call to confirmed appointments for field representatives.
The Solution: AIFL installed a PowerNOW Midsize edition and increased confirmed appointments by 300%. The key was tying in the existing SQL Server application used by AIFL to capture inbound call data from television, radio and display advertisements. Once entered into the system these leads are accessible by the management portal. Trained appointment setters contact the clients and establish appointments for field representatives.
AIFL’s field representatives (armed with laptop computers) go on line to to update their daily appointments. These requests are instantly updated and processed by the appointment representatives. These confirmations are published in the database and field reps are notified of changes via e-mail.
